1:1 Coaching : What to Expect

1:1 Coaching is the most personalized option to help you achieve your goals. We work together for a period of 3-6 months to help you work on all 3 pillars of health: physical, mental and emotional. Along the way you're provided with live calls, messaging support, accountability, worksheets, and access to my online courses so you can consistently move your progress forward.

 

If you have been in traditional therapy & are exploring what's next - coaching creates the perfect next step!

 

Example topics covered: burnout recovery, adrenal fatigue, overcoming chronic stress, healing from depression and anxiety (with breathwork and lifestyle habit changes combined with my background in mental health), somatic experiencing & mind-body connection practices, discovering your calling, advocating for a raise or a promotion at work, finding a meaningful career

 

I support my clients at the intersection of mental health & leadership which means our work is tied to your company or team KPIs. Virtual Workshops

I host virtual Women's Breathwork Circles once per month.

 

We connect around a specific monthly topic (e.g. cultivating trust, exploring personal power, forgiveness), have space to journal & share, and I guide a 45 minute Releasing Breathwork session designed to be an introduction to somatic therapy.

 

If you are looking for a supportive community of like-minded women, and new tools to support your wellness - this space is for you!

Our breath holds the key to nervous system regulation - feeling balanced and calm, even when stress happens. Here you will find practical breath tools for daily life - How can we feel calmer? More energized? Ready for sleep?
