Sum Of All Positive, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides health and wellness coaching services (collectively, “Services”). Our Services are not to be construed as medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate in our workshops or Services. You must accurately represent your age when enrolling in our Services. False representation of your age to gain access to our materials or Services will be cause for immediate removal from the programs in which you are enrolled, and your access to our materials, Services, and Websites will be terminated. Any payments made under such circumstances will not be refunded.
Our Services, including our Websites, videos, newsletters, blogs, and other content, address matters involving health and wellness strategies and practices. We take all reasonable efforts to ensure that we accurately represent that our Services may assist you and improve your life. However, we do not guarantee that you will obtain any or certain results using any of our ideas, tools, strategies or recommendations, and nothing on our Websites or in our Services is a promise or guarantee to you of improvement in the foregoing areas.
You expressly agree that your use or inability to use our materials and Services is at your own risk. You acknowledge that Sum Of All Positive, LLC does not guarantee your ability to achieve certain results from any of our Services, including, but not limited to, our one-on-one or group coaching sessions, online or in-person classes, or events. You acknowledge that each person has varying degrees of awareness, skills and work ethic, and your level of participation, along with factors outside of our control will impact your level of success obtained from your efforts within our program offerings. You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your own development and success during your use of our Services.
We offer no representations, warranties, guarantees, or results of any kind, verbally or in writing, regarding your improvement related to your health and wellness. You are solely responsible for your actions and results in life, which are dependent on personal factors including, but not necessarily limited to, your skill, knowledge, ability, and dedication.
You also understand that any testimonials or endorsements by our customers or users of our programs and Websites, including content, landing pages, sales pages or offerings, have not been scientifically evaluated by us and the results experienced by individuals may vary significantly. Any statements outlined on our Websites, programs, content or offerings are simply our opinion and do not guarantee actual performance. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment that can be provided by your own medical provider (including doctor or physician, nurse, physician’s assistant, or any other health professional), mental health provider (including psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counselor, or social worker), registered dietitian or licensed nutritionist.
