Interior Design

1:1 Coaching & Integration Support

1:1 Coaching is the most personalized option to help you achieve your goals. We work together for a period of 3 months to help you work on all 3 pillars of health: physical, mental and emotional. Along the way you're provided with live calls, messaging support, accountability, worksheets, and access to my online courses so you can consistently move your progress forward.

 

If you have been in traditional therapy & are exploring what's next - coaching creates the perfect next step!

 

Example topics covered: burnout recovery, adrenal fatigue, overcoming chronic stress, healing from depression and anxiety (with lifestyle tools combined with my background in mental health), somatic experiencing & mind-body connection practices, discovering your calling, advocating for a raise or a promotion at work, finding a meaningful career

 

In addition to the above, I support clients undergoing psychedelic therapy as an Integration Coach. If you are currently receiving ketamine treatment via a clinic and have limited integration resources - book the call below & let's discuss what your integration schedule can look like with my support.

Virtual Workshops

I host virtual Women's Wellness Circles once per month, every month.

 

We connect around a specific monthly topic (e.g. cultivating trust, exploring personal power, forgiveness), have space to journal & share, and I guide a 45 minute Releasing Breathwork session designed to be an introduction to somatic therapy.

 

If you are looking for a supportive community of like-minded women, and new tools to support your wellness - this space is for you!

Stress Less with Breathwork

Our breath holds the key to nervous system regulation - feeling balanced and calm, even when stress happens. Here you will find practical breath tools for daily life - How can we feel calmer? More energized? Ready for sleep?

There are breath practices + helpful explanation videos and additional resources so you can build a life long habit out of breath regulation and make it your secret weapon to staying calm and collected at work, creating more executive presence and capacity to deal with the unexpected.
